She's best known for being the creator of the manga/anime series Fullmetal Alchemist (Hagane no Renkinjutsushi). Does that ring a bell?

I know. And I don't even like Russell Crowe's movie. But those words were also said in one Season 7 X-Files episode (Scully talking about Mulder in The Sixth Extinction) and besides, I believe Arakawa's mind is beautiful... so there.

I scanned it from a Gangan issue. I believe it was an exclusive teleka illustration made by Arakawa.
