Counter Attack Signal, the AFL network approved fanlisting for Jean Havoc (Fullmetal Alchemist) was opened on May 17th 2007. I cannot thank the staffers enough, Havoc is absolutely one of my favorite FMA characters and I'm incredibly happy I get to take care of him from now on~

The listing's name, Counter Attack Signal, is taken directly from chapter 38 of the series, which represents the start of one of the biggest character developments for Havoc. Also, I like to think of Havoc as a counter-attack... when everything looks lost, he stands his ground and is capable of reversing the situation. Besides, though not as visibly intelligent as the rest of his close comrades, Havoc is a brilliant field officer and I wanted to reflect that too.

All scans used in the layout and codes were scanned by me and you can find them at Pyrography. A list of resources (brushes, textures) can also be found here. Graphics were done with Adobe Photoshop 6.0 and coding with Notepad. Please, no stealing. Awfully rude, that is.
