1. You must be a fan of Jean Havoc, from the manga Fullmetal Alchemist (Hagane no Renkinjutsushi).

3. The required fields you must fill are: name, email and country.
   
   
4. Try to keep the names are simple as possible. I mean, write your first name or alias, not a long chain of special characters or numbers like hAVoCfan34. I may edit your name if I find it unsuitable.
